Nice people at this location never had a problem.
Had the best experience. I ran in at at closing and was treated wonderful. The Manager Matthew was amazing. They even had to do extra work for me with no complaint. I am so grateful! Thank you Matthew and your staff!
I was at this branch on June 1, 2018 to make a cash deposit at the ATM drive thru, but for whatever reasons the ATM took in my cash and bank card and never gave it back and neither the funds were deposited into my account. Holy Lord! I was so paranoid that i had to get out of my car and walk into the bank to talk to a gentle lady at the front desk named Rita. I explained to her what had happened and she told me it will take a couple of days for the matter to be investigated. "I was like Heavenly Father I don't want this problem, nah...not on the first of the month". Anyways she gave me a new bank card and put in an urgent request so I could get my money back within 48hrs instead of the regular two weeks proceedure. But sorry was the case.
I had to go in again on June 2, 2018 to talk to a manager on why my hard earned money was taking forever to be deposited because of a machine error. I met with Nelson Teixeira(branch manager) and I had to repeat myself over again like a child at 4 lol. He walked me into his office right away to look into the urgent request that was sent earlier regarding the funds, but sorry was still the case.
The branch manager had to issued me an overdraft to cover up for the funds pending the investigation period and that any interest charged will be reimbursed with no delays. He deeply apologized for any inconvenience the issue may have caused.
The branch manager worked together with me by keeping me posted on a daily basis till the funds were finally deposited into my account on June 6, 2018. What an hard working and a competent manager. He is the G.O.A.T ! ! !
There are some excellent people here but unfortunately weighed down by some poor ones as well. Too bad the better ones don't seem to stay there for long. Don't know her name but there is one young woman there who is always cheerful and always making a hard effort to make sure the customer is being looked after and always thanks people for coming when they leave. Every business needs a clone of her.
