We are first time home buyers and used the services of John & Sue Fernando.

John and Sue stay in the west end of the city but were more than willing to travel to the east end of the city to show us homes in the area we would want to see. They booked all the viewings very promptly and based it on our schedule. They always listened to what we thought of the home before they gave their input.

They very professional and were willing to show us more homes even after we saw the home we loved, so that we do not have buyer’s remorse. Once we had made up our mind, they negotiated on our behalf the price that we wanted with the seller’s agent and after a week of negotiations they were agreeable to the price. They were good negotiators and got us the home 35K below asking price.

The experience with John and Sue was at the highest level and way beyond our expectations. They were honest, reliable and very professional with their service. They do understand that their client is the most important person and they would always prove that on several occasions. Till today, they still check up on us and how we are settling into our first home, and they still go above and beyond in maintaining a relationship, that is not only at a professional level but at a family friendly level.
