I came to the new Telus store at Heartland on Sat, March 26, 2022. I usually go to the downtown location. Very pleased I came here with my dad and sister and had Charlie help me with my business account services. He was the definition of customer service excellence! Super helpful, polite, knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be coming back to this location and recommend it to others. The store was also clean and basically spotless. Thanks again Charlie, I will be back.

Went today and was assisted by Zonair. He was super helpful. I called days in advance and he explained the whole process for getting a new phone and plan. By the time I went to the store, everything was seamless. He didn't miss a single detail in explaining to me the process.

TELUS better give this man a raise! He was alone in the store today and handled all customers really well. He'd shuffle from the counter, to the front door, back to the counter, would answer the phone for queries, would take note of people in line, all while he was helping me set up my line. Multitasking and service at its finest. Kudos and thank you!
