Product review 1
A few months ago we took this to a gathering and I think it got damaged while people were drinking. The plug in is fragile as its the same as a phone charger plug in. It got damaged and we could no longer plug it in.
We contact the house of Marley as this is a bob Marley speaker which we love enough that we wanted to get it fixed. We asked about having it repaired which they said is not possible as they dont do repairs. They asked for our receipt which of course I could not find. This unit is at least 2 years old but was in excellent condition besides the charging port.
They then started a case and asked us to send it in and they would send us a replacement! I had to pay shipping which was not an issue at all.
But for real? Our replacement showed up just now!
I'd definitely recommend this company. You all know how I feel about great customer service and this company has that!
