The UPS Store

I’m happy I went to this specific UPS store.
I got such an amazing service this afternoon.
I stopped by because I had to ship an item & the process was extremely easy & quick!

Such amazing customer service at this location! I will always come here. The printing is very high quality and very timely. The best!!

I’ve visited multiple shipping services in the US and Canada. This center by far exceeds any customer engagement experience and loyalty. Both, Amanda and Pulkit go above the call of duty in delighting the customer and bringing a sense of community business inclusion. I’ve been to this store for over a year and always exit the store with a broad smile. Thank you guys, you truly ROCK!

I had to say that Mr. Patel deserves more than a 5 star review! I have worked with UPS before, but by far he has been #1 in customer service, knowledge and expertise and in patience! I had a lot of questions.
He is stellar at responding to emails as well. Among a number of other items, he was able to print this amazing banner for our SHE BOSS event in record time... Literally, it was an idea that came a few days before our event and he assured me that it would be ready... and he more than delivered! It turned out that his regular printer vendor had a broken piece on his machine, but rather than tell me he couldn't do, he found someone who could in order to keep his promise to me!! Mr. Patel you are awesome and thank you for everything... oh and I will say, I pass many other UPS and print shops along my 20 min drive to store385... soooo worth it!!!!

Mr. Patel is nothing short of amazing! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of my printing issues. Amanda was an all-star employee, her customer service was outstanding. They both have left me with an amazing impression of UPS. They were truly were able to bring my printing jobs to life. Our event would not have been the same without their support and knowledgeable inquiries.
