You always kept us informed and were very professional. Shirley and the Team went above and beyond not leaving any details out. From making sure someone was here to take care of our dog Buddy when showings happened during the day to having photos of our outside done last summer. My partner and I recently purchased our first home under the guidance of Sean and the Hanlon Real Estate team. Sean always maintained a professional and personable demeanor. He was an effective communicator; we were always able to get a hold of him through text messages or phone calls, at any time of the day/night. Sean is knowledgeable about the home buying process, as first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. Sean was able to provide answers and clarification whenever we needed it. We felt comfortable going to him with anything. Sean had knowledge about purchasing the type of home we were looking for (e.g., condo/townhouse), and took the time to go through all of the necessary paperwork so we felt comfortable and knew what we were signing.
Sean uses current technology tools which makes the process of offering and buying property (which can be quite time consuming) a lot more convenient and efficient. We were able to sign documents through our phones and send them back to Sean all while on our lunch breaks at work. Sean was always flexible around our schedule and used conference calls to ensure we were both in the loop and able to discuss things together. He provided his guidance and professional opinion when we requested it, and his experience was essential throughout the negotiation process. He is trust worthy and we really felt as though he always had our best interest at heart.
Sean and the Hanlon team have excellent professional connections. They were able to connect us with a mortgage broker and lawyer who we could trust to help us complete the home buying process in a seamless manner.

Being a first time home buyer, buying a house can be a daunting task. But Sean made our lives sooooo much easier! He was always available to promptly reply to all our questions, and was able to book showings with as little as a days notice. Sean's positive attitude was always present, and helped us keep our spirits up as we searched for the perfect home.
