  I had the pleasure of working with Jasinta and she worked very hard to ensure we got what we needed on what could have been a difficult delivery for some companies. Jasinta and the Water Closet came through for us and we are really excited to see the pieces installed by our contractor! Thank-you again for excellent customer service from a somewhat demanding customer (me), you always smiled and got the job done.

  The Water Closet is a great company to work with. In specific Jasinta. I changed my mind on a bathroom fixture about 5 times and she paid it no mind. She worked very hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. And in my price range. I would highly recommend Jasinta and the Water Closet for all your plumbing needs.

  I outfitted my new custom-built house entirely from The Water Closet back in 2007/08... and as a design professional I was thoroughly impressed with their selection, knowledge, service and prices... always recommend them to anyone looking... popped back in in 2018 to get a couple of replacement parts was extremely happy to find out they still carry the products and within 15 minutes, Jermaine & Joe had the special order completed and I was on my way.
  
  Reminded Sales Manager Joe how ten years ago he replaced a toilet tank lid for me, that a tradesman inadvertently chipped by dropping a tool on it, with no hassle and no charge by giving me one right out of the showroom...very nice not to have a little thing like that wreck the moving into our dream home. Excellent customer service! A top notch company!
