(December 2, 2013, 4:04 pm)We loved this building. The property managers are great. The building is very family friendly. It is an older building with an facelift, so yes, the water went down often (maybe 1x every 2 weeks) but a lot of notice is given and it is typically out for only 1-2 hours during the day. We were never inconvenienced by it. I enjoyed the area, and there was a lot of transportation there along with shops and all else. I would not hesitate to recommend the building to others. We moved because we had to move closer to downtown.
