The following morning after shopping at this store, I realized that my necklace may have got undone and fallen in your store. I went to the store and met your store manager Rowena, and asked if anyone had found a necklace. She was kind and understanding and promptly checked the drawer for lost and found, and lo and behold my necklace was there. She was not able to say who found the necklace. Besides monetary value the necklace had much sentimental value for me. Please convey my deep gratitude to Rowena and the staff at Winners, for their honesty and integrity for safekeeping my necklace. Thank you and the Very Best for the Holidays.
