(February 25, 2020, 7:22 pm)I have been buying boxed tofu in supermarkets in Canada. I stumbled upon this small tofu shop located in Foodcurt in Yuanming Supermarket. He sells on-site brine tofu. I bought it and simmered the cabbage. The taste was beautiful. It reminded me of the tofu I had when I was a kid. This is the taste of tofu. In addition, I bought his spiced dried bean curd, and the taste is also superb. Next time I will try other products of his family.
