I had the pleasure of taking the protector training at their location. Luke DilJohn was an asset to their organization. He took his job serious and was very knowledgeable. The service technicians are very knowledgeable. However, $130/hr for regular hours and 193/hr for overtime fees is a bit much for the average residential homeowner. These fees include travel time from their office to your door and back to there office. They add up very quickly, so be prepared to pay.

From the first phone call to set up the appointment until the mechanic arrived at my house, this experience was easy, professional and quick. The mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly that another company had previously missed. I will only use this company from now on for any of my residential generator concerns.
