A really great experience. Will was incredibly helpful as I navigated my first ever vinyl order, and the record looks and sounds fantastic. Their pricing is more than reasonable, particularly for the quality of the product, and I was really impressed that they were able to honour the original turnaround timeframe considering the worldwide issues with vinyl pressing right now. I highly recommend working with Train; I definitely will again.
Extremely professional and surprisingly quick. The entire industry is in a massive backlog right now, but they were able to get my CDs to me in just over two weeks. I'm very impressed.

This was my first time being responsible for getting CDs made. Train gave me an excellent experience from start to finish. Easy ordering interface; clear options; good pricing; and the delivered CDs were high quality, on time, and exactly as I expected. Most importantly, GREAT customer service. My sales rep was named Will. He was so many things: prompt in responding to messages; easy to deal with; clear, accurate, and informative regarding pricing, options, timelines, and the "rules of the road"; and above all patient in helping me work through a few rookie errors.
