I no longer work there so there is bias here, but this team was not just a team but a family.
I have never felt support, care and compassion like i did here in this company.
The Engineering TL Stephen should be a role model for every lead there is out there. He redefines what it means to support someone and lead. He is always there to help. He knows how to guide people to success and more than anything he knows how to be a modern leader.
The head / account exec of engineering energizes anyone around him and frankly he could be a motivational speaker.
This is a wonderful place to work and i wish this team nothing but the best.
