I contacted Vairam Services on a Friday afternoon upon discovering that my fridge wasn't cooling properly. From the initial phone call to the finished product, I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of their business practice. In particular, their technician Sam, who attended first thing Saturday morning, was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sam, as a representative of Vairam, immediately confirmed that I'd made the right choice in employing their service. He was honest, courteous, explained the problem in layman's terms and provided a very competitive price and time line for the repair to be completed. In summary, I highly recommend their services and commend Sam for restoring my faith in a work ethic that seems to be in short supply these days. Bravo, team Vairam.

Patrick and his manager replaced the refrigerator door for me because the wheels had been damaged (perhaps during delivery). Patrick had evaluated the initial problem weeks prior and had assured me that he'd show up on the arranged day with the necessary components and assistance to move the refrigerator in order to fix the issue. He was prompt, professional, and nice, and he absolutely maintained his word. Patrick (and his manager) are appreciated.

On Saturday, my refrigerator and freezer stopped working, so I called Vairam Services Inc. On Monday, Mike arrived at 7:30 and fixed the compressor within an hour after identifying the issue. He was fantastic, competent, and knows his business. Sandy was fantastic as well when I had to phone the office to get an itemized statement to deal with LG to have the component reimbursed.
