I phoned them told them my problem, they asked me when they could send an expert to fix the leak in my basement wall. They asked me when the best time for them to come by was and I told them I was available at 3. Technician arrived at my door at 3 o’clock exactly.Straightaway he went into the basement assessed the problem and told me what the problem was. He told me that water had seeped through the outside and this caused the area behind the wall to dampen and eventually rot off. After he gave me a quick and surprisingly low estimate, he got straight to work. After about 1 hour he was done, he replaced the rotten part and told me that I shouldn’t have a problem with the basement anymore. I was really happy and surprised at how well the job was done.

I had called Jim and his crew to waterproof two walls in my basement. While giving me a quote Jim explained that it might just be one wall and offered to just waterproof it for half the price of everyone else rather that do both. And guess what, thats where the crack was. So no more water, such honesty is appreciated and valued. Thus writing him a review.
