Great service and knowledge about products. Ranj was excellent! There was a minor issue with one of the seats and he arranged to have it replaced within no time! Quality product and would highly recommend to others!

I’d put 10 stars if I could. Recently had the pleasure of working with both Parm and Ranj! They went above and beyond my expectations. I purchased “the works” as they called. Definitely worth the value. Quality products which they stand by! I’m a Wicker Direct customer for life and will highly recommend to all my family/friends!

We have had the most amazing experience with Ranj & Parm at Wicker Direct. Their customer service, their ability to guide and assist was exceptional. We love our outdoor furniture and the fact that we now have a gorgeous backyard set up.
We would highly recommend them, and it was not a one off experience as we have had rave reviews from anyone we have recommended them too.
