Called Tuesday morning. Technician took measurements Tuesday afternoon. Installation done mid-day Thursday. All at the quoted price. Very professional. Very appreciated. I hope to never need them again but everyone who does should use them and encourage professionalism in the trades.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Jason who took my initial call was very friendly, professional and informative. Speaking with Jason on the phone made it very easy for us to decide which company would be our best choice to hire for our repairs. Matthew, the technician, was very personable with an "old school type down to earth customer service " which is hard to find now-a-days yet professional, on time and extremely efficient with handling both repairs. I appreciated the ease with which their customer service was delivered. Will keep WindowFix in our go-to files for any future needs. Would highly recommend!

We had a really positive experience. Even though this is their busy season, they came by right away, measured, and then installed within a few weeks. They showed up exactly when they said, answered emails within minutes, and explained the whole process in detail. Best of all, on the actual day of install, we had a last minute issue of our own, and they shifted the installation to accommodate us! We would use them again, and recommend them highly. I should add: the new window looks great!
