Miguel was an excellent source of information. He was very professional and ensured everyone attending knew the seriousness of what he was covering. He used effective personal stories to guide the lessons. Any questions we had, we’re answered thoroughly in a manner that was easy to understand. 8 hrs is a long time to listen to presentations, but in the case of this course, I felt like I was engaged throughout. Well done.
