(March 14, 2019, 5:07 pm)AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I have a 2014 Ford F150 Raptor and by special request I asked if they could fix my touch screen, they replied same day and said we were good to go! So sent the unit up there and unfortunately looks like other then my digitizer they replaced I had a bad circuit board! I took the truck up there and both Justin and Alex personally looked after me and my truck!
I was super impressed btw, I like to think I'm a techy guy but they got the mapping of the vehicle within minutes, then found where they could tap into the cambus on the vehicle so they could run their own tests and boot the screen on their own without needing me, all done in minutes and just remarkable to watch! Best part was these guys were super Humble and completely respected my time and energy! I'm from Niagara Falls so making the trip out isn't easy but absolutely amazing experience and totally worth it.
I've used them for my Mercedes Def tanks on the lot here, other special requests, now touch screens for the F150 Sync 2 system. They'll always be my go to place and I'm so glad I got the opportunity to meet these geniuses in person! Alex & Justin keep doing what you do guys! So glad I got the chance to meet ya!

(February 22, 2019, 5:33 am)Great experience. These guys are trustworthy, and they followup to make sure they don't waste your time/money. I had a defective FRM3 module (common issue) that I sent to them, once received they called to make sure we had the obvious symptoms of a defective FRM3 module. They once confirmed, they performed their service and my module was sent back to us. Shipping from the BC to them + their service + and back in my hands in 3 business days! I reinstalled the module today and everything is working! Thanks again. Saved me from spending $1000+ from the dealership.
