Fantastic delivery experience. Kept informing me of delivery timeline. Friendly and helpful delivery men!! Zero issues

Perhaps the most efficient, and most pleasant delivery process I've experienced in a long, long time (we've had two deliveries from them in the past few weeks). Their communications were excellent and both delivery teams were equally competent, accommodating, and nice. I would strongly advise any company looking for a great delivery partner to give XPO Logistics consideration.

It is exactly like these reviews say - 2 young men delivered my bike. There was very good communication leading up to the delivery and the young men were very courteous and efficient! They made sure the bike was stable and showed me how to charge my cardio tracker bracelet. Would recommend for sure!

Two young men had to deal with a condo parking area which was filled with trucks and a garbage bin. They were polite and professional throughout. They were fast and efficient in bringing the sleeper sofa and setting it up. Great job!!

Was a great experience. The two gentlemen were polite and courteous. They set everything up including the monitor. Asked if we had any questions and explained how to make proper adjustments to the bike! Job well done!
