I god a Zebra printer form Amazon, but NOT being the sharpest computer person could not get it installed correctly. I called their customer support line, left a message today promptly received a callback... and WOW...how refreshing to get help form a patient and knowledgeable guy. He talked me through what I needed to do and stayed on the phone with me until my printer was printing perfectly. I will buy Zebra again! Their customer support is just excellent.

AMAZING SUPPORT ! Very patient technician - My Zebra Label printers were made in 2010 and are still outstanding workhorses. All issues resolved, we recalibrated the printer and everything is working just fine again THANK YOU TEAM ZEBRA
