Ara was amazing to work with! Not only did he help us purchase our first home 4 years ago, but more recently, he also helped us sell that home, and purchase the ideal new home for our growing family. Ara is passionate about real estate; he is dedicated, motivated, and professional.

When we were searching for our new home, the real estate market was unpredictable. The home we were interested in had everything we needed and wanted, and the listing price was within our budget. We were unsure about whether we would be able to secure this home because our budget was conservative, and the home appeared to be out of our budget. Ara encouraged us to place an offer on the home, and despite our offer being low, we were able to secure it!

Ara also sold our old home. He beautifully staged the house, marketed with photos and a 3D tour. He created personal videos he uploaded to his growing social media (@realestatewithara) and through MLS. Our home sold at an amazing price within a great time frame.

This review has been a long time coming. But mine and my fiance's experience with Ara was amazing. As soon as Ara took us on as his clients he asked us what we were looking for and sat us down and explained the current market we are in. He simplified the experience by looking at a variety of homes and then narrowing down what we liked. Whenever we made comments of what we liked and didn't like he made a mental note and we would see that in the homes that we would view next.
