I contacted Stephen years ago when we first started using QuickBooks. I knew very little about accounting and certainly nothing about QuickBooks. He came and had to teach me everything from the ground up. He was patient and understanding. He explained things so I could understand them and replicate them. He assisted with HST remittances, month end reporting and year end preparation. Stephen is a very conscientious person who is detailed oriented. He makes sure things are done accurately and pays attention to deadlines. We found him to be trustworthy and reliable. He would often find ways of doing things that made sense and resulted in cost savings to the company.
