Staff are always super friendly and helpful, and the rewards card is a great perk. Had one or two vape carts clog on me but that happens everywhere it's a design flaw not an Alpha Cannabis problem. Highly recommend this store!

A young lady, I believe her name was Rebecca. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, with much confidence now knowing what I was getting for the reason I was purchasing to begin with. I highly recommend this establishment with the customer service I was given.
