The experienced trainers will help you along your journey & the FBBC members are like family and they encourage you when you need a little push. I can’t believe how strong I feel and the weight I’ve lost in such a short period of time. I’m hooked!

Love the fact that the sessions are intense and only 30 minutes. Means I can get my work out in and get on with the rest of my day. The staff are friendly and responsive. Thanks for having this program available in Aurora! My only recommendation would be to have a routine with the workouts in terms of body focus so that if there is going to be an ab day or a day that is more focused on legs, I know about it ahead of time so I am able plan my workouts and not end up doing 3 leg work outs in a week and miss the upper body or ab heavy days.

I absolutely love the support that Aurora Fit Body Bootcamp provides to all members. Whether the seasoned athlete or someone new to the fitness game, they provide great motivation and support in achieving the results your looking for. The trainers and support staff are phenomenal and I can't imagine ever stepping into another gym.

Fit body boot camp is a great fitness centre that will propel you into achieving great physical fitness and an over all sense of well being in less than 6 weeks. Aaron and his team are always energetic , friendly and available to help you meet your goals. The ambiance is positive , fun and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to get fit. Highly recommended!!
