Amazing for kids!

My daughters have been attending Canadian Children’s Theatre Company for the past 4 years. In that time, we have participated in many of the programs including Broadway Tots, Broadway Kids, Fantastik Feet, Twinkling Toes, Kids Fun Night, Birthday Parties, and Summer Camp. I could not be more happy with this place and am so grateful we found it! Each program has been incredible and no detail is overlooked! They learn songs, dances, and lines for the shows, they do all sorts of crafts such as creating their own set for the final performance and painting their headshots, and they have great costumes!

The owner and Artistic Director Jennifer Martin is absolutely wonderful with the kids. She is fun, creative, loving, and engaging, and really has a special relationship with so many of the students. She is also very professional and great with keeping parents informed, and being extremely organized.

Before Covid, we would always look forward to seeing the final performances live in the studio, but since Covid, they now video the performance so that each child gets to have a DVD of it to take home. So much work and effort goes into making the final copy look great including photos and introductions of the “cast” and special effects. The most recent DVD came with a whole package to have a family “Movie Night” at home which came with every last detail including “movie tickets” and popcorn!
Overall, I highly recommend Canadian Children’s Theatre Company for anyone with a child who loves creativity and the arts!

Such a nice, loving, cosy place. Ms. Martin does a wonderful job making kids feel welcome and at home. They are in good hands there. Superb performances and crafts. We had a great summer camp and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful summer!

The Canadian Children's Theatre Company provides excellent theatre and musical programming. Our oldest has been attending sessions for the past 3 years and the performances are beautiful to see. If your child enjoy singing and performing, then CCTC will definitely nourish your child's love for the arts and creativity. Miss Martin is patient, kind, and loving with the children. Moreover, the CCTC also has a monthly Parents' Night Out and Holiday, PA, Summer Camps. Highly recommend!

My kids thoroughly enjoy visiting this awesome little theatre for PA Day camps where they do a "play in a day"! It's usually a Robert Munsch story they bring to life with the nurturing and patient guidance of Jennifer, the director. Whether it's 4 or 10 kids, the play is always wonderfully put together, the kids feel great about it and well supported. It does wonders for their confidence! It's also very entertaining! I know we'll be sending our two kids back next year!
