(March 6, 2018, 8:04 pm)I came in today to ask some questions to compare several banks to see which one I would like to open an account with. The teller politely introduced me to one of their Financial Services Representatives, Victoria Deng. She answered all my questions and surprised me with her exceptional customer service and knowledge of their products.
I decided to open an account with them and she was there to take me through every step of the way with patience. I must say I have never seen such great customer service and I felt connected with the bank on not only a business level but also a personal level. I felt very welcomed and would highly recommend this branch to others.
