I just talked to Reza over the phone. He was so nice and willing to take 30min walk me through troubleshooting process and confirmed the machine is in a relative good condition and no need to throw money away for safety valve. All this for free without prior experience in person! He also provides many insights on how to shop spare parts and replace it.

He is patient knowledgeable. His advice is accurate and better than Breville’s own technical support. Highly recommend him, would definitely send my machine to him for future maintenance or repair if any problem.

Excellent experience. Fast, Friendly, knowledgeable, fair pricing.
I dropped off my Saeco at 7pm Monday, got diagnosis and estimate by 4pm Tuesday, and text message at noon Wednesday that it was ready for pickup. You can't argue with that kind of service! I've used the other repair services in the past where it takes several WEEKS just to get a diagnosis ... not good if you're an espresso junkie like me.
