Deme Barlas RMT

Deme is an amazing RMT! She's knowledgeable, outgoing and friendly. She listens to the issues being faced and targets those areas amongst others during each session. I appreciate that she really understands the workings of the bodies muscles, tissues and tendon and explains what she's working on and that though pain may be felt one place, it's actually originating from another. I have tried other RMT's I'm usually in pain a day or two after their treatments. But not with Deme, she doesn't aggressively massage you but works up to a deep tissue massage when your muscles are ready to accept it. I have arthritis in both knees and after she's finished I feel like a renewed person and my mobility is greatly improved, pain reduced along with my need for pain medication. I appreciate Deme's hard work and highly recommend her to everyone!

Deme is the best registered massage therapist I have ever encountered. She is professional, friendly and incredibly experienced. Not only is she passionate about her work, but is really intuitive and knows just what you need. She will explain what she is doing and ask for feedback throughout the treatment and adjust if necessary. Would recommend everyone to see her if they can!
