F45 Training Aurora Canada

First time when I tried this gym I thought it was the most random thing. I didn’t understand the right postures or where to go. But I decided to give it a chance and do an 8-week challenge. I can say that by the end I grew a lot stronger and I had a lot of fun doing it. The instructors are really nice, and the entire atmosphere is really fun. I recommend you trying it. You’ll push yourself way harder than at any other gym, and you’ll keep going even when you think you wanna stop.

Only reason they're getting a 4 star from me is their prices.....VERY expensive; works out to almost $300/month for me.
Other than that the place is AMAZING And the workouts are killers. I will continue to go till I break the banks :)

Patrick and his staff are great. Supportive, but also push you when appropriate to make gains you wouldn't otherwise. Cant recommend highly enough.

If you want to maximize your workouts with amazing coaches and positive motivating people around you in a fun, clean, adrenaline pumping atmosphere, this is the place for you! The workouts vary between strength and cardio days, so there's a great mix of training. The coaches are all really attentive and great at making sure everyone has proper form. Health is wealth and how you feel at the end of your workouts here are priceless!

Amazing gym! Amazing staff! Amazing results! I would highly recommend F45 Aurora to everyone. Patrick is an amazing owner and takes the time to get to know everyone. All the other trainers are the same too and really know what they are doing. It feels like one big team/family when you walk in. So happy with this place!
