Got a harness for my dog the other day and it was a bit too big. I brought brought it back in to see if I can exchange it for a smaller oneeven though she chewed up the receipt and they let!! :) me and Nala are really glad to have them around thank you much!

Owner and workers are niceand helpful. Very friendly environnent.

Very knowledgeable staff. The owner went above and beyond to find a food that my cat would eat. I love that they have unique and high quality brands not available in other main-stream stores. This store provides excellent customer service and I am so glad they moved to the west side of Aurora!
