Another great service experience thanks to Peter at Golden Plug Air Conditioning. The service call was right on time, fast, efficient, and professional (and I really like the reps sense of humour). I also purchased the window unit from Golden Plug. Highly recommend them.

Great service year after year, and super knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend if you're looking to rent an AC for the summer months.

Installation of my air conditioner in November 2019 was more or less ok. Hastier than expected: there were a few bumps, and a little mess, including a bit of caulking on the carpet, but nothing that couldn't be cleaned up. However, I was grateful for the responsiveness when an issue arose during installation.

Most importantly, the unit works well! To customers having work done on a day of inclement weather: ask specifically for installers to bring a pair of clean indoor shoes.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service with this company. I had a new window air conditioner installed last July 2018. The machine is excellent and the installer did a fantastic job. I typically ask a lot of questions during the process and he was professional, patient and helpful. I spoke with the owner before deciding to purchase – he also answered many of my questions. Almost a year later (June 2019) I called to ask about whether I need to have it cleaned before starting it up for the summer. The owner said they offer the service but that I wouldn't need it done so soon because it's a new machine and has only run for one summer. How refreshing to have an answer that isn't driven by a priority to make money at all costs. Unfortunately, this is often the norm with other companies. Thank you to Golden Plug Air for their ethical and professional service. Five stars all the way. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.
