Over the years I have become conditioned to poor customer service here in Canada. Be it the banks, telecom, trades, it is hard to find someone that truly cares about providing good service. I did not know what to expect when I called Aaron from Hatchspark but he was accommodating on the phone and found a way to fit me in on very short notice to replace our water heater. He was very conscientious, polite, he knew what he was doing and went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed. He used high quality materials, he stayed until he was sure that all was working and he even took the time to pass on his knowledge. When it comes to excellent service Aaron is one of a kind and I will certainly be using his services in the future.
