Excellent facility to made a hearing test, the doctor is very professional and at the end of the test, she give you a full explanation of your hearing, and tells you in what level of hearing you area, in each ear, and I'd you are ok or if you have same problem or if you need a hearing aid.

The receptionist is very friendly. The person who checks your hearing; very warm and
professional. I highly recommend this place

I found the test to be fairly comprehensive and the service friendly although waited a while. Was much more expensive than I expected so thought I would contact Costco. More comprehensive and automated testing and similar product for 1/2 price and very competant and professional service.

I was impressed with both Christina's and Misty's professionalism as well as their pleasant personalities. Christina goes into enough detail during the hearing test so that you understand the process and what the results mean regarding any hearing loss. Christina also does a great job in explaining the differences between the many choices in hearing aids that are available through ListenUp Canada. Each time on my appointments Christina is able to address my concerns by making adjustments to my hearing aids so that I am receiving the best results from my devices. I would highly recommend ListenUp Canada in Aurora to anyone who has a concern about possible hearing loss.

I am impressed with professionalism, helpfulness and quality of staff in this location. I had experience with another clinic in BC (I have had hearing loss since 2010). I will recommend this clinic any time I have chance.
