Mina Yun Strength & Wellness

Mina was my trainer for about a year. She is so encouraging and wonderful to work with. Mina really cares about getting you into a routine that works for you. She also has an extensive knowledge about nutrition - she always had great recommendations about what I should eat before and after working out. She's fun and energetic, and I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those looking to get back into working out again.

I've been training with Mina since May, and have never felt better and in tune with my body. She not only gives me a hard workout, but also provides wellness guidance that is priceless. She has tweaked my eating and nutritional habits, which have allowed me to be cautious of what I put in my body...not just for today, but for a healthy lifetime.

Mina is the Real Deal when it comes to living what she teaches. I am 40+ and was not feeling strong enough to pick up my young kids without aches, pains, muscle pulls. I went into my strength training with Mina not realizing it was more than just lifting weights to reach my goals, she taught me about nutrition, stretching, and changing my lifestyle to fit the image of myself I wanted - Strong fit Dad, Husband, Role Model. She understood it was not just image thing, it was a lifestyle change that was needed, backed with simple principles that included planning for eating, exercise and rest & relaxation. I really appreciated that for once, a trainer actually cared about me and my well being. I have been to bigger gyms and have been trained by many certified trainers of all levels including competing bodybuilders. I have not come across anyone like Mina. You get what you pay for and Mina is worth every penny!
