Stopped by the Piazza Eatery Mercato yesterday on my way down Yonge St, its the only restaurant in the area with parking. Wow what a find this is the real deal, Italian food made by a family. I had a sausage sandwich with peppers and onions. The sauce was obviously homemade and the sausage was tasty with just the right spice.
I also noticed they have homemade frozen dishes to take home. I bought some meat cannelloni and eggplant parmigiana. We had the cannelloni for dinner and as with my lunch it was excellent. We will be definitely going back.

Just awesome food with great prices. We had three different pasta dishes for family dinner last night and each was fantastic. I wanted to try the pizza but they were sold out; that was at 5:30! So I can only imagine how good it must be. My wife picked up the food and the place was packed with people picking up. I didn't know until later that the owners used to run Roman Bistro and once I found out all the pieces came together. Great people with great food.
