We have been a loyal client to Pregel Group for about 7 years. However, last year there was a shift within company roles. We had to start from the Square One with the recipes, orders and you name it. We cannot speak highly enough of the Pregel Team. Professional, fast service was the key to our success during this season. We are a student build organization, where students are in charge of the Inventory, Shopping and Gelato making. The support they have received from Susanna and Dave this year is unreal. Not only the students were treated with the respect, but also, they were taught and walked through any situation that has occurred during the summer months. When things are slow, everyone always provide the best service, but when things are busy, and rushed and we were still receiving continuous and great support, that is professionalism that we are learning from the Pregel Group. Besides the customer service, we had questions with invoices, and the answers were provided within a day or two. It just shows, this place runs properly and service is fast in every department. In the absence of our customer service rep, we were always contacted by other team member, we have never experienced any delays. We are wishing Pregel Canada more clients, more success and if anyone starts a Gelato business, this is the place to go. Thank you, Rano
