I opened up an email from my travel agent which I thought was legit but it contained some malware. My anti-virus said it blocked it but I still wasn't feeling confident so after reading reviews online I called Serge's. He answered right away and told me that he was going to look at my system remotely ( which is great since I just had surgery and am in a wheelchair)! Having found his services online, I had some reservation about giving my computer to someone unknown, but these concerns were totally unfounded. Not only did he bill me as promised, despite very time consuming challenges he encountered with reconnecting my HP Printer, Serge found a solution, left me with clear and concise further instructions and did not charge me any more than quoted. A subsequent issue arose and was also immediately addressed. I would highly recommend.
