Susan is wonderfully detailed in her explanation of the various services and products to be used. Very knowledgeable; I always appreciate being educated! She did a fabulous treatment on my face (which i was lucky enough to win at a recent event!) and didn't try to push any products my way - just made recommendations generically of what to use. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis - finally someone who has a real interest in understanding what I personally need!
