The Plume Pantry Vape Shop

Went to Plume Pantry as I was having issues with my device (Drag X) that I purchased from another store and planned on buying a new one. Clint took the time and helped to trouble shoot the issue to see what was wrong instead of just trying to sell me a new device.
Upon many attempts we determined it wasn’t working properly and I ended up buying a new one. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and his juice line is also very good.
Will definitely be back.

Great guy great selection of vapes and juice at great prices, has a sweet pallete so his own in house juices are a bit sweet for my taste but if that's your thing he has a great selection of juice he makes himself at a great price :) otherwise he has all the other flavors you could want from other company's including twelve monkeys, chill fog and many more

This is my favorite of the 2 shops that I always look forward to visiting in Aurora (I live in Barrie but Travel to Aurora almost daily for business) I have spent quite a few hours over many visits picking the owner's brain about vaping. Clint, the owner, is 100% a professional at what he does. There has not been one question I asked that wasn't answered and explained in a way even a dog could understand and then information I never even thought of included on top. In my professional opinion, Clint should not be running a shop, he should be paid to educate all the other shops on how to learn and explain information to people. Truly phenomenal service. I just can't express this enough. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one that thinks this way. Way beyond exceptional customer service.
