Delicious, gourmet style 'chip truck'. I would NOT have ordered if it was the usual burgers and fries, however happily ordered a mac and cheese complete with panko breadcrumbs and savoury seasoning. YUM! Other vegetarian options as well and excellent meat options (leek and pork dumplings whaa??!). Very happily surprised. Thanks lil red and partner!

I recently celebrated my mom's 80th birthday in a large tent in my backyard and Donna and her team provided the food for the cocktail hour as well as for the main dinner. We had the chicken with shrimp skewers for our main with a potatoes and variety of veggies. The food was wonderful, tasty and simply amazing. I receive a lot of compliments from my guests regarding the food and my husband even said that was the best chicken he's had. The best compliment was "I can't believe this food came out of that little truck".
The servers were also amazing. They had a big smile on their face, they set up the dining room and took ownership to make sure everything was perfect. I was really happy with the service. I even recommended LRC to another friend who is thinking of having a party. I would use LRC again.
