What a wonderful company with exceptional customer service!!! As I was finishing up my puzzle, I was missing one piece. I was not sure if I would get a response so I emailed the company and asked what could be done about my missing piece. They immediately responded back and said they would send the missing piece! ☺️. I was beyond thrilled and excited that they would even be able to do this. I received my missing puzzle piece in the mail and sincerely appreciate the exceptional customer service from Playful Pastimes! I ordered the "Greek Alley" puzzle and their puzzles are of exceptional quality!

Building a Playful Pastimes puzzle is a great experience. They use only the best excellent material for their premium puzzles to make the pieces thick and sturdy. My favorite puzzle was “Nautical Night”. When I first started to assemble the puzzle I was a little concerned that it would be too difficult, but the colors were vivid and bright and the image was crisp. I definitely can’t wait to build some of their other designs.
