Citrus by Chef Jay

Chef Jay if I could give you more stars I would! The food was cooked perfectly and the service was amazing! He created a menu to suit my family, the meal was served with nice gaps in between. Something I haven’t found while dining out. It can often feel rushed when you’re at a restaurant. All the food was presented beautifully and he even left my kids something special that they really enjoyed during our meal! If you have ever thought oh I don’t want chicken when I go out like I do, rethink that, cuz I’ve never had more flavourful, juicy chicken in my life!

It was an amazing experience for a special birthday! He and Eleanor were incredibly professional and warm, like we were cooking with our family. Also a bonus that everything is spotless after they leave! We would definitely recommend having them come cook for you!

My family and I had the pleasure of hiring Chef Jay for my mom's surprise birthday. The entire experience was seamless from our correspondents to Jay given input with the menu to the actual day.

Now let's talk about the food...wow! Every dish was so tasty and presented beautifully. The seabass was my favorite. They left my kitchen spotless which was the cherry on top!

Provided us with an unreal and much needed catered chef event over the summer. Unreal food and great personality. Lots of laughs were had, accompanied with an impeccable menu. Not to mention we felt extremely safe the entire time with his COVID precautions, as we communicated high risk elderly individuals would be present. Went above and beyond!!!

Chef Jay (along with his lovely wife) catered a small birthday party at my house. The food was absolutely incredible and enjoyed by everyone, and when they left my kitchen was in better shape than when they arrived! We choose to do appetizers followed by mains served family style and the amount of food was perfect for our gathering. I can’t wait to have Chef Jay at another event!

My husband and I signed up for a few classes this past Spring to help get through our boredom during lockdown and gain inspiration in the kitchen. We loved all of the recipes we signed up for. They were all delicious. The online classes were easy to follow. Chef Jay is so passionate. His instructions are clear and he was always willing to answer any questions throughout the process. We loved learning how to cook with new ingredients like plantains. We highly recommend signing up for a cooking class with Chef Jay!
