They offer a personal touch by building good rapport and relationships with customers so you will feel like your equipment is in good hands and will be taken care of. They have got me out a many jams and breakdowns. I'm extremely picky with who I let work on my 17 w900L and they always treat me great...they cover the floor and seat so it stays clean inside. Late nights and weekends. If you need a big repair or just a service you will be in good hands.
(February 21, 2019, 1:51 am)My truck suffered a major breakdown out of town. Thankfully, I was near Express truck centre. Having no experience with Express, I was worried about them doing a major overhaul of my exhaust/after treatment system. Lars made the process as smooth as possible. Communication with me was excellent, and they answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
Their workmanship is second to none. They made a bad situation much less stressful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
