We made a call to White Water because our water softener was running continually. As luck would have it, Bob and Jordan were working in the area and arranged to stop by our home. They were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional. They repaired our current water softener for a reasonable price, saving us the cost of purchasing and installing a new one. We were so impressed that we asked them to come back to service our reverse osmosis system. Highly recommend!
Jordan the technician was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early.
My water softener was running constantly and I thought I would have to buy a new one. Jordan explained the probable cause, examined the softener and repaired it. I thought the cost was very reasonable. He also answered some questions and gave me some information about water softeners in general and this one in particular.
They could have told me to buy a new one, but were honest enough to recommend a repair. I would definitely recommend this company.
I was completely new to water softeners and the owner, Cheryl, patiently answered all of my questions. With research, I found that their prices were very competitive and the systems they use are recognized as being reliable, efficient and cost-effective (I got the FLECK system).
They don't cut corners and they even gave me a part which replaces a default part just so it's better.
The technician Jordan was also very kind, courteous and professional. Would 10/10 recommend White Water to all my family and friends.
