Walking into this place is incredible. Theres so many cool things and unique items you wouldnt find anywhere else. The service was great and people were friendly. I did purchase 4 arrangements for a funeral and they were not to my liking or what I asked for. I called the manager and she was willing to go to the funeral home to add more flowers or give me my money back. She was very polite and accommodating given the situation and wanted to fix the mistake so I would be happy. The other arrangements she did were beautiful. Overall I probably wouldnt order flowers here again because of my personal experience but I would shop here again.
