I have been a techie who has worked in customer support, retail sales, var sales, and strategic sales. The young man who served me was knowledgeable, friendly, and gracious. He did try to close the sale also. He probed continuously. He has not o ly had good training but he executed it. The location is the warehouse store which I have visited for many years. The product selevtion is very targeted and a bit limited. However internet and other locations around Barrie make product at store less important.
