Amazing studio! Very welcoming and professional. The teachers are great. They are full of knowledge and have a great understanding of yoga. The class are for all levels which I love! I recommend Energy Levels to anyone who is interested in yoga.
I was in a car accident in Jan 2016 and started going to Teri for massages to assist with my injuries. I have to say that she intuitively knows what areas of the back that need work. Teri and her staff are very well informed and educated on proper massage techniques to assist will all kinds of issues. I am also looking forward to taking the yoga classes that are held out of the cozy and relaxing studio once my back issues are healed. I have personally taken yoga classes in the past from the awesome instructors that teach classes at Energy Levels.
