Highly professional service. Managed to get service done in less than 24 hours after contacting. Came right on time, performed restoration services and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend this company.

We noticed water damage in our basement and contacted Restoration Canada. Within a few hours they were here and helped with the cleanup process. They were very professional and responsive through the whole process of cleanup and restoration. They helped us navigate questions coming from insurance and making sure we have all the support to make the claim. All in all, they made the experience seamless! We have used Restoration Canada twice after our plumbing system failed both times. They are one of the best professional contractors I have ever worked with and I have overseen many renovation projects over the past decade.

From the very beginning both times, John and his crew responded right away when I called even on Sunday evening and sent men to start the clean up process before the flood got worse. They were disciplined about wearing masks and laying down floor protectors to get all the equipment in the basement. Because we had to tear the flooring and drywall, they were very helpful and thorough about packing up our belongings well and storing them safely.

During the clean up, they were once again thorough and removed all the flooring, drywall to ensure it could all be dried before the water could spread. And helping us manage through the insurance process was once again an incredibly helpful process as they helped us navigate all of the estimates and paperwork. Our insurance, Desjardins even said that Restoration Canada are one of the best contractors to work with.

Lastly, we had them help with the renovations and they did an incredible job restoring our home flawlessly and while keeping the area clean and wearing a mask throughout the entire process.

We have used Restoration Canada twice now and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
