(March 17, 2018, 9:18 pm)A great big farm in the Holland Marsh area. Run by the Borcsok family for generations. Multiple award winner Joanne Borcsok helps run the farm along with her husband. Farming is hard work, so you have to love it to do it. Mainly Root vegetables are grown and sold on the farm to Major distributers. I have had the pleasure of visiting the farm on a few occasions and eating their deliciously fresh produce. A great place run by even greater people.
